Sometimes you just need a burger in your life. That’s what last weekend was all about.

This was the simplest thing ever – big thanks to Whole Foods for pre-made pre-seasoned patties.

Ingredients

2 russet potatoes – cut them fry size

Parsley

Paprika

Garlic Powder

SALT

Burger Patties from Whole Foods

Burger Buns

Sharp Cheddar

Toppings as you see fit

Directions

Cut the potatoes – and place in ice water for at least an hour (takes out starch)

Cover the potatoes with oil and salt and season according to what you like

Bake at 400 for 30 mins, then flip them and bake for another 30 minutes – at 450

Let them cool before sprinkling some parsley on top

Cook the patties – and add cheese on top
